2.5 Min Easy Back Exercises (With Video & Images)

Explanations with images below

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well!

If you follow me on Instagram, you may know that I’ve been on the quieter side recently. That’s because I am currently experiencing severe back pain.

Since this recent injury (actually ongoing since an accident in 2019 but got worse recently, yikes), I’ve been focusing more on taking care of my mind and body. With the help of professional advice, I am exercising intentionally and strengthening specific muscles.

But I thought that perhaps I’m not the only one; if any of you sit in an office for long hours or have an overly flexible back, you might be going through the same thing. That’s why I thought to share this video with you.

If you’re going through similar pain, these easy-to-do back exercises may help you as well. They take only 2.5 minutes a day and are very pleasant to do. The video contains no instructional voices so that you can fully relax and enjoy the calm lofi music.

I hope you enjoy the video as much as I did creating it. Many thanks and stay healthy!

Love,

Sayaka xx
